How long are sessions?
I offer individual sessions that are either 50 minutes or 30 minutes, depending on preference. Longer sessions are possible and this option can be discussed with therapist. Group sessions are 1 hour 15 minutes.

How much do sessions cost?
Individual 50 minute sessions are $250/session.
Individual 30 minute sessions are $150/session.
Group sessions are $75/session.

Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance in my private practice, so I would be what's known as an 'out of network provider.' I can provide you a super bill, or coded receipt, that can be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement. I cannot guarantee reimbursement as that is set by the insurance and policy and would recommend contacting your insurance to find out more.

Do you offer consultations?

Do you comply with the Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
