I have always had a passion for empowering others. I set up a nonprofit to prevent domestic violence in high school. After graduating from Harvard, I worked in finance and investment industry. While I found financial success, I was not emotionally fulfilled. I decided to return to my roots of helping others. I started out as a life coach, helping professionals and families in transition navigate life’s challenges and planning. After pursuing a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, I have been providing services to clients to help their anxiety, depression, traumatic memories.

I grew up in China and moved to America when I was 13. I studied in several countries and live in a bicultural family. I deeply respects everyone’s freedom to be the best version of themselves and believes family units, love, and aspirations come in many equally valuable forms. I have received training in EMDR and Brainspotting. I see clients of many ages, with a particular strength for helping couples and individuals managing transitions such as the birth of a new child, affairs, midlife anxiety, and career changes.
I believe that clients ultimately have all the answers within themselves. I am here to help you uncover the power already within. I look forward to meeting all that life will put in your path.
